Can I undo bulk edits?
No. Once synced, changes are permanent. Always review before syncing. If you have selected “Apply,” but not “Sync Updates,” you can click back to the main listing screen and cancel the changes in the popup window. Scheduled updates can be canceled or rescheduled in the Schedule window.
How do I select listings to bulk edit?
From your listings dashboard, check the boxes next to the listings you want to edit. You can also use filters or search to find specific listings faster. For more details, see the Help Center video on selecting listings for bulk editing.
How do I open the bulk editor?
After selecting your listings, click “Edit” to open the Bulk Editor. This lets you update titles, descriptions, prices, photos, and more at the same time. For step-by-step instructions, watch the Help Center video on using the bulk editor.
Do edits apply to all selected listings or only the ones I’ve checked?
Edits in the top bar apply only to the checked listings. But when you sync, all edits made during that Bulk Edit session (checked and unchecked) are published.
Can I schedule bulk edits?
Yes, after applying changes you can schedule them to go live at a specific time using the Schedule feature.
What’s the difference between Bulk Edit and Profiles?
Bulk Edit is best for one-off or time-sensitive changes. Profiles are reusable templates for recurring edits.
Can I bulk delete listings?
Yes, you can bulk delete entire listings from the main dashboard using the checkboxes. Inside Bulk Edit, you can delete content elements (like tags, photos, or descriptions) but not the full listing.
